Rob is a former poker dealer at a South Miami casino and is credited for introducing the game of poker to his younger brother, World Poker Tour champion Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi.

Recognized for his astute ability to organize and build poker tournament structures, Rob has been frequently consulted for guidance and direction for fair play in events. He won his first bracelet in the 2007 World Series of Poker in the $10,000 World Championship Pot Limit Omaha event, walking away with $768,889 in prize money. He was the first member of the family to win a WSOP victory.
